Award of prizes by the Government Office for Slovenes Abroad to the best Bachelor, Master dissertations and Doctorate theses to be held

On Friday, April 3rd, 2009, the award ceremony for the best Bachelor, Master dissertations and Doctorate theses will take place.

The Office's award-winning competition was open to candidates from Slovenia and abroad. The awards will be attributed to six winning dissertations/theses, which cover the topic of Slovenes living in neighbouring countries (three papers) and the topic of Slovenes abroad (three papers).

The ceremony will take place at 11.00 hours in the Prešeren Hall of the Slovene Academy of Sciences and Arts, Novi trg 3, Ljubljana.
